In Indonesia, provided under the multi-service transport platforms such as Grab, Shopeefood, and Gojek, the market for food delivery services become the biggest one in Southeast Asia—It has grown by 24.3% from last year, according to Venture capital firm Momentum Works.

And in this new normal era, consumers are spending more money now on food delivery per month, because for many of them, food delivery services have become part of their lifestyle. It is no longer considered a luxury, but an essential habit for living.

This significant change over the years has also been proven according to a survey conducted by Muniyo.com. Out of 376 people, 76% of them have the habit of ordering food online more than once every month.
